Coach Registration / Education & More
After you have submitted your request to be a part of Summit FC & before tryouts start, coaches are required to register in Affinity. Get started with your annual certificate completion or renewals. Make sure you have the proper coaching license. Assistant Coaches and Team Managers must also complete the required training certifications (SafeSport & Concussion).
MEETING THE MINIMUM PLAYER ROSTER REQUIREMENT
You can register additional players and Asst coaches at any time during the year, but you MUST meet the following minimum requirements by June 14, 2026 to have a team registered, activated and applied to the gaming league in order to play for the upcoming Fall gaming league.

What happens if I don't meet these minimums?
You will have to wait until the Spring season to play competitive soccer.

U7 / U8 ACADEMY

U7 2019 Aug - July 2020 must have 4 players rostered to be active, Maximum 8 players. (Size 3 ball)

UYSA MULTIPLE ROSTER GUIDELINES

6324 Player Rostering

1. A player may multi-roster between recreation and state competition leagues (XL, IRL, SCL, PL or SU-IRL), with permission of both coaches and the recreation OM President. An OM with recreation play types may set its own policy whether to allow or deny currently registered competitive players from multi-rostering within its recreation program(s).

2. A player may not multi-roster in the same age group in XL, IRL SCL and PL. The Certified League Registrar (CLR, Emily Frandsen) must collect the Multi Roster fee and verify that the player action form has been filled out correctly and signed by the appropriate parties.

3. Multiple Rostering
a. A 9U or 10U player may not be registered simultaneously to more than one UYSA team competing in a UYSA state competition league (XL, IRL, SUIRL, SLC and PL). A 11U or 12U player may be registered to more than one UYSA team at the same time.
b. A 11U or 12U team may not have more than six (6) multi-rostered players.
c. A 12U team utilizing one or more C-Pass players on the roster of a particular match must also have at least seven (7) regularly rostered players on such match roster, although not all regularly rostered players need to be present at the match.
